Line Marking Services started trading in 1984 in Torquay and has a reputation for quality and service.
From humble beginnings with one truck and three operatives back in 1984, the company has grown steadily due to a combination of high standards of workmanship and great customer service. We work throughout the South West with a modern fleet and our own trained workforce.

The Managing Director is Paul Winter who has a passion for quality and high standards and puts this at the heart of everything we do. As well as co-authoring the industry code of practice, Paul delivers regular keynote speeches at RSTA (Road Surface Treatment Association) and other industry events. Feedback from our customers is incredibly positive who find our operatives to be well-trained, health and safety concious and courteous.

All the team, from our delivery operatives to our desk-based support staff undergo regular training specific to their roles and we have developed exclusively developed innovative safety regimes via our bespoke systems.
As an independent road marking company we are not tied to specific products from a limited list of manufacturers. So when we work for you, we use the products that are safest, best value and most appropriate for the job.

The LMS crews recently visited Tiverton, Devon to deliver a variety of line marking throughout the beautiful grounds of Blundells Boarding School.
Whilst most the country is in lock down and many places remain closed, LMS Highways crews have been making use of the empty roads and car parks.
For many businesses having a car park lined or line markings refreshed can be a challenging task due to the inability to completely close off these areas to customers and staff. Usually this means our crews have to work around cars, cordoning off areas at a time. This can become quite timely and sometimes affect their ability to complete the job that day.
It’s easy for us to take living in Devon for granted... but jobs like this make us fall in love with our county all over again! Surrounded by rolling hills and the beautiful North Devon coastline our crew spent a few days implementing various line markings for a valued customer.
Safety markings are essential within potentially dangerous environments such as a busy warehouse with moving equipment like forklift trucks.
Due to this, a Bridgewater based company required various markings across their site. Our Newton Abbot crews installed new and refreshed safety markings throughout their warehouse and service yard.
